Project 01: The 5-Degree Slope Lab

We are developing a modular, low-impact research facility on a 5-degree slope. By utilizing a suspended light-weight steel structure, we preserve the historic landscape while creating a space for autonomous service agents to interact with the environment.

Project 02: Cultural Service Agents

Researching how AI can go beyond functional efficiency to provide warmth and cultural resonance in hospitality settings — inspired by the philosophy of Jade: resilient, translucent, and timeless.
